IVA Cancelled... What next?

Hi,
I cancelled my IVA a year or so ago now, and then I was informed that the company who I held my IVA with went into liquidation.
I’ve seen been managing my own debtors and am in a far better place than I was.
I have checked the IVA register of which I am no longer on. Do I still have to wait for the full 6 years for it to drop of my credit file?
