Where to find tax accountant for my particular case?

I signed into my personal Tax Account and it says:
For year 2017-2018 the tax code at the end of the year is: 1136L
On all my payslips that year the tax code is: 813L
I think that makes sense. They charge me a few thousand quid and my tax allowance reduces by that amount. At the end of year I have fully repaid it and my allowance goes back to the full untaxable amount. The problem is that right around that time I get a letter that I owe a few more thousand.
Why do I always owe them?0 -
I also have the problem that I receive multiple P800s with different amounts. Last year I received 3 all with different amounts on them.0

Without the P800/P60 figures its impossible to say.
Appreciate you may not want to post this information.0 -
It's not that I don't want to post figures, it's more like... it would take ages to type and I also don't have it in front of me right now.
The personal tax gateway says:A previous year underpayment means you didn’t pay enough Income Tax in a previous tax year.
For the tax year from 6 April 2017 to 5 April 2018 you should have paid £21,539.2 but you actually paid £20,797.
Your Personal Allowance has been reduced by £3,711 to collect the £742.2 still due.
This means you will pay tax at 20% on an extra £3,711 of your income. This will be spread over the tax year so it is collected in equal installments.
Your tax code has been adjusted for this.0 -
So we need the 17/18 pay details.
Do you get paid 4 weekly by any chance?0 -
It also says for next year:
and yet the P800 I just received says that I owe them about 2k.We estimate you will pay £584 less tax next year
I spoke with an accountant who listened carefully to my situation but then the call got interrupted and I can't call back. I hope they didn't run away not wanting to touch this case with a barge pole0 -
If you have your p60s for previous years you might try inputting figures here

Anyway I'll keep googling and maybe I can find someone who specializes in such cases.
You don't need a specialist - this is bread and butter work for small accountancy firms. No firm will advertise this kind of work as it's so basic for a qualified accountant. It's exactly the type of work that small/corner firms of accountants do day in and day out.0
