1. Prize draw entries must be submitted between 25th March to 5th April 2019 (the “Promotional Period”).
2. The Promoter is EE Limited, 1 Trident Place, Mosquito Way, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9BW.
3. Entrants must be UK residents aged 16 or over. Entrants do not need to be a customer of the Promoter. This promotion is not open to employees or agents of the Promoter’s group of companies or any other person associated with this prize draw.
4. Entry into this promotion is dependent on your acceptance of these terms and conditions and by entering you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. To enter you must correctly answer the question and complete the entry form on the EE website. Valid entries will automatically be entered into the prize draw. Valid entries are entries where the correct answer to the question is provided and all fields of the entry form are completed. One entry per person.
6. No payment or purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
7. Entries not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, delayed, damaged, incomplete, incomprehensible, illegible, altered or submitted outside of the Promotional Period will not be deemed valid entries. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed, damaged, corrupted or mis-transmitted due to electronic errors, malfunctions or any other kind of technical error.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant's identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant suspected of or found to be tampering with the entry process.
9. The draw will take place on 8th April 2019 and the winners will be selected at random from all valid entries with the draw being overseen by an independent observer selected by the Promoter.
The results are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winners will be contacted by email within 14 days of the draw, The winners must respond within 14 days or an alternative winner will be selected from the eligible entries received before the closing date for the prize draw.
11. The winners will be asked to supply, by email, their full name and address in order to arrange delivery of the prize.
The prizes will be fulfilled by Amazon Video Limited who will contact the winners within 7 days of receiving the winners’ contact details from the Promoter in order to arrange delivery of the prize. All communications will be sent via email.
12. There are 18 prizes in total to be won:
a. The first 8 correct entries drawn will each win a TV prize pack consisting of: a Samsung 55-inch 4K Ultra HD Smart TV, Amazon Echo (2nd Generation) and Fire TV Stick with all-new Alexa Voice Remote.
b. The following 10 correct entries drawn will each win a £50 Amazon voucher (Amazon voucher terms apply. Valid for 10 years from issue).
13. The prizes are non-transferable. The prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if any winner is unable to use their prize. The prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. Any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange any part of the prizes will result in the prizes being withdrawn by the Promoter and the prizes will be declared null and void.
14. EE reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to vary, amend or withdraw this prize draw on reasonable notice. The prize can also be withdrawn if, in our opinion it is deemed necessary or if circumstances arise outside of our control.
15. The prize winners’ names will be available on request by sending a SAE to the promoter’s address and specifying which prize draw you are enquiring about.
16. Entrants’ personal details will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy here.
17. This promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
