Decided to finally take the plunge, aged 25 so here is to 40+ years of contributing!
I have been reading up for quite a while decided on Vanguard LifeStrategy80 - as my knowledge regarding investing isn't great to do anything myself and the Financial Advisor in my work also recommended this fund.
Gone for £240 net contributions - was initially going to go for £200 but i'll see how I get on.
Lets hope the government don't change the pension rules in the years to come ah.

Well done for getting started. Why a SIPP? Does your empoloyer not have a pension scheme?
The government will change the rules over a 40 year period, but that can be to your benefit as not all changes are "bad". Just keep up to date with things and adapt accordingly.0 -

Perhaps he's trying to build a pot that could be taken earlier than his occupational pension?0
