We only received one order (As expected) but they took 2 sets of payments out from my bank account 
I know it's not a lot of money, but it's still annoying. Plus the phone lines are only open during normal office hours...which I also work :doh:
Logged a complaint online, waiting to hear back, but I'm going to ring them when I get home

How did you order? Through their website or over the phone?
Could be a system glitch, but did they definitely take 2 payments?
(I ask because if one is showing as "pending", it may drop off the account soon since the other went through due to making a request to your bank.)0 -

Through the website, nope definitely 2 payments there, bit of a pain really! I was hopeful then I hope it would still be pending
