Checkoutsmart app denying legitimate receipts/purchases

I've been using Checkoutsmart for years to get cashback on purchases but recently I submitted several receipts which have been denied. The email says:


"Your receipt has been processed but has unfortunately been denied on this occasion as it has already been submitted."


My friend has also received the same error so I think they must be making mistakes or trying to fob people off by rejecting legitimate receipts.


I've emailed their support ([email protected]) but haven't had a reply.


Anyone else had issues with them?
