Precise mortgages declined due to affordability

Hello everyone,

Just new to this but would like some advise,

I submitted a application for a mortgage with precise mortgages due to my credit history, I had someone take out a loan in my name and a guarantor aswell.
My girlfriends credit history is perfect. Only 2 fiance on cars one settled last year and got a newer car on finance better rate etc.

I have no missed payments with my history. My job is cabin crew for the famous Ryanair, I am employed by ryanair themselves not the agency (crewlink or workforce)
Now precise have declined my application due to affordability my mortgage broker said it's nothing to do with my commitments but to do with my salary, precise have only calculated 15k they are missing 9k of my salary, I get paid twice a month 28th being my basic salary commission and allowance and a yearly bonus of 1800 for punctuality, I also get a sector pay (hourly rate) on the 15th of every month, which over the year adds up to be 9k, I sent off pay slips for up to 6months and 6 months sector payslips aswell as bank statements to confirm the payments, my mortgage broker is fuming as she stated on my application about my pay dates and yesterday I sent off my contract to confirm my second pay which is incorporated into my tax code and my main pay slip.

Is there more of a chance precise will over turn their decision if they have this?

Thanks for your help.

Jonjo.

  • Why have you gone to precise if only adverse credit was a loan taken out in your name?

Raise this with credit bureaus, get this removed and apply on highstreet!

Or is it not that simple?

I tried this couple year back after the loan was taken out but they couldn't do nothing.

Am fighting for the person to pay it back or court action will be taken.

Precise is the only one who will take the case on.
