Hello,
Does anyone know if we can sub let shared ownership houses privately or through a estate agent. Is there a way around to get away with it....!!
i bought this place but for personal reasons i cant live in, i would liek ot rent it out??? is that possible? has anyone done that or has come across such a situation??

Im sure you can, i have heard of this happening before and it is something i may do myself, we nearly bought the other half of this place a few month bk but im glad we didnt if we rent this place out will would make around £300-£400 pcm.
You will need to talk with your ha its up to them and also your mortgage company, good luck!Debt free and plan on staying that way!!!!0
