Mortgage application santander

Hi everyone, me and my girlfriend are in the process of getting a mortgage, we have got the decision in principle from Santander and will be doing a full application tomorrow, I have a current and savings account, I put £200 a week/£800 a month into the savings account and I can show the statements for that as well as the current account, but I’m worried Santander will see just the money in/out of the current account and it won’t look like I have much spare money left over but in reality it is going to the savings account. Would this be a problem?

Just to clarify the money is going into the current account first0

Very normal stuff to transfer money from your current account into a savings account. If they even check it, they will be able to tell the difference between what is an expenditure and what is transferring money from one account to another.0

Santander didn't look at my account (I bank with them).
I do martchedbetting also so for example January my statements show £90,000 coming in and £89,000 coming out. Perhaps i'm lucky they didn't look!!0 -
The broker I am using has just sent me this email, I have a full time and a part time job and they want details for it, should I be worried?
Santander require a letter from your employer on letter headed paper, confirming:
-Occupation
-Contract Type (Permanent)
-Salary
-your start date in the company
If you can forward to me when you get it.0
