Hello, I declared bankruptcy in February and my car was taken by finance company.
We have two children and we are all included in the SOA, my question is - can my fiancee take a loan? car finance? buy car on her name and I will only be a registered keeper? will the OR have a problem with that? after buying a car, can I update my expenses with OR and including there car expenses?
Thanks

As long as you fiance is not bankrupt, they can do as they wish.

as sourcrates has said
however, as all under SOA, is financing another vehicle at this point, 6 weeks after bankruptcy a good idea, regardless of who's name it is in?0 -
Post #4 reported - if only for their abuse of the English language.Unlike some here, I am not omniscient. If I am wrong correct me. I won't take offence.
