Viewed one more property advertised for £320k ( which was actually advertised for £340k) As we are FTB so have no idea to check all the points when viewing but , bathroom and kitchen need redoing , rest it ful fill are requirements of arking and the garden.
As this property has already been reduced by £20k , any recomendations on how much to offer on this property? Shall we arrange one more viewning and take any expert with us so that he can give us an idea of how much need spending on this property and then make an offer or just make an offer for £290k / £295k., or its to early.
If we want to make offer, do we need to email them or just tell them verbally on the phone and how we will know the outcome and in how much time.
