    Which is why I am a loyal customer every two years :)

    Most insurance companies are the same, use Quidco and shop around to get the best deals, but every 2nd year I become a new Direct line customer again with Quidco cashback.

    When you contact any of them to cancel they always try to reduce the renewal at which point I ask why that wasn't done automatically when sending out my renewal quote? :rotfl:
