geminilady - forgive me for this, but are you absolutely SURE you are giving the right answer? I've had the 'bad luck' message now and then, when I'm not concentrating properly and give the wrong answer - usually because it looks close to the right answer. As I say, forgive me if I'm wrong, but I thought I'd mention it, just in case.

Haha I've done this too. Especially when there are different comps with similar answers. E.g. I put that a Casdon toy hose was purple because another comp had purple to the colour of the logo.

I've had a slight delay when selecting an answer before and it's briefly selected the one I intended, but spontaneously switched to the answer next to it just as I go to submit. I now enter a bit more slowly, so that I can double check the answer hasn't changed before submitting.

You should be able to see what answer you gave (or what answer it thinks you gave and has accepted from you) once on the Bad Luck page.

Is it saying Bad Luck even though the given answer (that you selected) and correct answer match?

Or is it saying Bad Luck and showing the correct answer as something that should be wrong?

Or is it saying Bad Luck and the answer displayed as given by you is a different answer to the one you actually selected?
