Hi, im going through a divorce but need some help.
The company where my ex worked (2001) merged with other companies (2011) and they became as one all under the same name. The pension from original company was preserved and a new one was set up in 2011. We both had to submit our pension cetv to our solicitors, but my ex one seems low. It doesnt show a date of joining, and my ex said that it is everything from 2001. My question is, if that pension was preserved, would the value of it be inc in the cetv or not ? They still work for same company, just that it merged with 2 others to become as one. Thanks for your answers.

Surely your ex would have to declare the preserved (deferred)? pension as an asset as well as the new arrangement?
