Roboform problem

Have got a new laptop for my birthday last week, have transferred everything from old laptop but RoboForm toolbar only shows on first page when using IE, when I open another page the toolbar does not show, any body know which setting to change. It also does not list RoboForm in list of toolbars. TIA.
I do it just for fun and whatever I win is a bonus
