Have no idea about its efficacy. As this is a money saving site and you find out the info you want it’s £1:19 from Home Bargains , with the ‘mother’Life is like a bath, the longer you are in it the more wrinkly you become.0

Anyone else think the ‘apple’ bit of the name is redundant? It’s those pesky septics again isn’t it.0

I use apple cider vinegar externally as a hair rinse to boost the curl in my hair.
I really would not care to speculate on its efficacy on fertility but then the placebo effect is darn powerful.0 -
Most of the claimed benefits from vinegar etc are no more than hokum and nonsense cf Gwyneth Paltrow and her fraudulent claims. However, it probably does no harm as part of a balanced diet. I use it in cooking. After sweating down veggies, add some vinegar, taking care not to breath in the fumes, and once the liquid has gone, add water or stock, and make your dish. Wine and cider vinegars are full of flavour which perks up food no end once most of the acid has evaporated. Half an avocado mashed up with salt, decent vinegar, fresh black pepper and some chilli is lovely on toast. You can also finely chop carrot, onion and chilli pepper into vinegar, leave it a day or two, and use it as a condiment. No need to drink raw vinegar!0

Nope, just me then.
I use cider vinegar as a hair rinse for its supposed antifungal properties to try to cure persistent flakiness, and as an appetite suppressant to dodge the odd evening meal. Works well as the latter but the jury is still out on the former. Sorry, no idea on fertility effects.

Is apple cider vinegar good for your health? If so, I did not know.0

Apparently so for some people who use it for a variety of symptoms.
Cheap to try out - works well in a vinaigrette and a couple of drops added to mustard powder takes it to another dimension.
Remember we're all different and everything in moderation.
A friend swears by it to help control his gout. I get a twinges of gout and acid reflux from time to time but preferred lemon juice.
I you're going to drink it maybe use a straw and definitely add the correct amount of water. Undiluted that mistake (from experience) you'll only make once :rotfl:0 -
There was a US doctor who said drinking it help with rosacea which according to him was caused by an imbalance in the stomach acids. I know someone who tried it and swore it worked. Haven't seen her in a few years so no idea if they still believe it or something new has popped up on the worldwide web to cure everything?:D0
