Does this forum cover incontinence products, eg Where and How to find advice on such items. Should I get an appointment with a nurse at my medical practice - which may well be many weeks away? I'm not yet incontinent but wake up during the night to urgently spend a penny. During the day I have no problems and can go for 3-5 hrs while shopping but I really need advice for night-time as I wake tired.

If its urge incontinence, then a nurse would be a good idea. You can also get these in most supermarkets too.0
