to enter a comp for a Honeymoon when you've no intention of getting married, in the hope of just treating it as a holiday if you win? Has anyone ever won in this situation? Would they even let you go if it was with a same-sex friend or relation instead of a partner?

If it was a honeymoon Competition, I would assume they would require some kind of proof that you are actually getting married.
Dunno though, personally I wouldn't enter but each to their own0 -
Some specifically state you must be getting married, some don't. Doesn't mean they won't ask for it. I've entered some, ignore a lot. Would hate to win then be denied.0

I personally wouldn't. I also don't enter competitions for "family holidays" that are for 4 people as its just me and hubby and I would rather that go to some cash strapped family that could do with a break. That's just what feels right for me though.Well this is fun
