Can I claim costs for investigating PPI reclaim during IVA

Hi
I have a year left on my IVA. I understand that any PPI claim needs to be paid into my IVA and my insolvency practitioner have offered to do it but their fees are ridiculous. Can I do the work myself but change a fee for it, in they same way that they would? I understand that this would contribute to my earnings for the year, but is there anything else I need to consider that I might be missing?
many thanks in advance.

If you charge a fee, you will need to pay it yourself.
You'll then have to pay the appropriate tax on whatever you pay yourself.0
