  • Sorry that's just how high heels are...you just have to decide between fashion and pain I'm afraid.

if they are rubbing, you can buy heel inserts which pad & grip & should 'help' also try wearing them with no tights or stockings as that can help too ...
Other than that its just training your feet or maybe that you have the 'wrong' shoes - I have loads of pairs I have bought from New Look that I just cant wear but others from a shoe shop cheaper that I can wear all day! My daughter however loves new look shoes as they are always comfy! some times what seems like the 'wrong' size' shoe will be ok too- for some shoes I buy a size bigger & sometimes smaller depends on the fit of each style! Also make sure you are not rushed buying shoes & only do it the morning or when your feet are rested or you will not be able to tell if they pinch anywere. If you are new to heels a thicker heel or wedge is often more comfy for long periods too
I THINK is a whole sentence, not a replacement for I Know

Look in Boots...the scholl party feet range is good.

    here is an example http://www.boots.com/shop/product_details.jsp?productid=1067727&classificationid=1047318

It will only help..but the shoes need to be fairly comfortable first! Try a lower and/or wider heel too.
