what to do when all medications for my illness are withdrawn

I have a rare illness that makes my bowel paralysed, and the only 2 meds to treat it have been withdrawn from NHS last month. Is there anything I can do to appeal this? I refuse to have an ileostomy back as it was utterly horrific, when there are drugs out there that work. I would buy them from USA but I'm scared of fake pharmacies and dangerous meds.
Many thanks to all who contribute on MSE

Can you get them on a private prescription here. I would be nervous about ordering them off the internet as well. Hope you get it sorted.0
