lowell pre-legal assessment

Just received a letter today from Lowell. Basically showing I took the contract on 01/02/2011 and my last payment to them was 27/10/2012. They have written to Vodafone for a copy of the statement for the account to help clarify this matter. Saying they will write to me when they receive this from Vodafone.

What would be my next step regarding this please.

Sounds like it was probably marked as defaulted sometime in early 2013 then.

Wait for the statement and if that shows to be true, then send off the statute barred letter if indeed it is passed 6 years since the default date.

i've just received the contract from Vodafone with the date 07/02/2013. where would i find the statute barred letter?
