If you have worked as say an english teacher in a secondary school for the last 7 years and move to another part of the country to work in the same kind of school doing the same job I am sure most lenders will be happy with 3 months wage slips.
So if you cant stay with family then rent for 6 months1 -
There are some lenders that will work off just a contract to start within 3 months, others would do it with as little as one payslip.
You can’t apply for a mortgage based on a job you know you are leaving.
So either move to the area, rent and find a new job and then apply or find a new job in the area in advance and then apply.
A broker would know which lenders will be better for your situation.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
