very first post so here goes . have ten years left on mortgage oweing £38000 0n a fixed repayment which ends in sept 08 . also kept my endowment on at £82 a month , 15 years left , significant shortfall , worth about £11500 next june . come next june should be able to over pay by £120 a month off mortgage.
as the title says i would love to pay it off in 3 years when i turn 40.
what can i do to acheive this , any advice would be greatly appreciated.
just like to say what a great site , having only just found it i realise there are many like minded people out there. cheers.
