Teachers pension scheme withdrawal confusion

I'm a member of the TPS due to increased employer contributions the independent school I Work at is planning on withdrawing from the scheme. Does anyone have any advice about what I should do with my pension or what (perhaps more importantly)I Should avoid doing? looking at a good 30ish years of working left

Your TPS pension will become deferred - you would only be permitted to transfer out to another defined benefit scheme.0
