Bankrupt code I have 2 now is that normal

Hello, I was made bankrupt in dec last year and a few weeks later then sent a letter saying I was being looked into for this bro thing, my ref number has changed from BKT to INV and I am taking that meaning something is wrong any ideas?
also I am planning on spending some time out the uk do I have to let them know or just if I get a job and change income ?

If your case ref begins with INV it means they believe you may have committed a bankruptcy offence and are now investigating you. The next step is to put the allegation to you for you to give any mitigation. Do you know what kind of misconduct they suspect? It might give an idea of what’s length BRO they’ll be asking for.0

Yes do let them know if you are planning to leave the uk for any extended period of time. If they are trying to get hold of you and can’t then they’ll go to court for a suspension of discharge.0

I did get a letter saying they were looking into my affairs on dec but heard nothing from them as yet tbh my affairs were a mess by the end, I will send them an email to say leaving the uk to stay with family, I was not sure what and how much I had to tell them with regard tp everything I do, thanks0

Just to confirm if you are based in Northern Ireland, you need permission from the court to go out of the country.0
