I have just been very organised and made myself a pasta salad for tomorrow as I have an early start. We didn't have tomatoes (ban on extra shopping during week) but I have put together pasta, runner beans, broad beans, artichoke hearts and tinned salmon. I am also going to add a boiled egg.
Here's the question: is it ok to slice the egg into it now or should I wait and do it at the last minute? If I wait, it means doing it on my desk, as we have no-where else to eat/prepare food.
