When my wife wanted to increase her monthly payments via the web site, was a nightmare to use and we ended up having to call them and do it via a letter! Very poor in that department regards the fidelity website.0

It's sad that having updated the platform, such that the reporting was able to show which fund had been responsible for depositing cash into the SIPP cash account, Fidelity have now broken it again. It's 2019 and I would have expected that type of basic information to be provided to investors as standard before now.2 Separate arrays, 7 x JASolar 380w panels (2.66kWp) south facing, 4 x JASolar 380w panels (1.52kWp) east facing, 11 x Tigo optimizers & cloud, Growatt SPH5000, Growatt 6.5kWh Hybrid battery (Go-live 01/12/21) - Additional reporting via Solar Assistant.0

Yes I would agree with that. Just as an example with a SIPP you cannot even see 'cost v value' so even the most basic performance information is missing.I would not agree. The information available on Fidelity SIPP website is one of the worst I've seen. If you think this is "pretty good", then you definitely haven't tried any real good platforms.0 -
I don't see Fidelity as one of the platform being recommended frequently on this forum. People seem to recommend others like AJ Bell and HL more often.
Fidelity has horrible software and has been "updating" for over a decade and still hasnt got there. it lacks functionality and is clunky. The only people who buy it do so for its price. You dont buy it because of its quality. And now that other platforms are in its price range, there really is little to like about Fidelity.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
