Spoke to HR, I told her I didnt have this. She says it fine, I can produce later or produce some bank statements

In which case don't hand your notice in until you have provided these and they are satisfied.

The last thing you want is to be in post and then hand them in.
Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....

You've asked for 'help' but what are you expecting? Lots of soothing words about don't worry, continue to lie, etc?

Pretty clear that your new potential employer has previously come across applicants who have lied about what great salespeople they are. They are clearly going to check.

Suggest you start looking for other opportunities, because this one isn't going to fly - which I think you know, in your heart of hearts. And stick to the truth in future.

Certainly deal with this before taking the job. At the moment, if it all goes pear shaped then all that has happened is you've lost a job offer. However, if you take the job, then they dismiss you for misleading them it could really cause you issues finding new employment. Now isn't the time to ignore and hope all goes away.

Hi, so I've got myself into a massive dilemma by lying. What's the 'dilemma' - you don't seem to have too many choices open to you here

I know, lying is wrong. But I wanted this company to be impressed in my skills, I am in fact very unhappy in the current company and desperate to get out. Funnily enough, that doesn't make it OK to lie at interview any more than it is OK to lie on your cv

The main problem is that they're asking me for last 3 months of payslip, what should I do? Forge them??? Is there reason that I can give to not provide these? No, because they are already aware that applicants lie in order to impress/try to increase their negotiating power

Please don't judge, I'm trying to get out of a job that's destroying my soul day by day and doing everything I can to move on for a better future prospect. Forget the melodrama and concentrate on reality

Has anyone experienced a similar situation to me? Can anyone advise me on what to do? People are you in your situation every day of the week, doing a job they hate while looking for something they prefer.

You've lied at interview, you've lied since. The chances of being able to redeem the situation are now zero, even if you plucked up courage to come clean. The reality is your new employer will never trust you and the job won't last.

Learn from this and start your job-hunt again - without repeating the mistakes you've just made.

    Good luck.

I thought the ability to lie was a key skill in being a salesman

No - the salesman's skill is lying without being found out! OP has failed that test...

    I agree with kazwookie
Why would an employee want to see your payslips. That's sounds fishy to me and I would ask myself, do I really want to work for this company.

To check if they're telling porkies about their salary/commission.
    Oh wait......
