Without an end date in the title, the thread may get moved out to Game Over. The end date is necessary for sorting/searching purposes and particularly necessary for Board Guides to know when the thread needs to be removed from the main board.

• The prize has no cash value and is non-endorsable, non-re-routable
• No cash or credit alternatives are available.
• Tickets must be booked by 16th June 2019
• Flights are valid with Royal Brunei Airlines only
• Accommodation is included within this prize of 5 nights at Calile Hotel, Brisbane, Australia based on twin share (one room for two adults) on bed & breakfast basis.
• Prize winner and all passengers on prize-winner category tickets must be over 18 years of age and reside in the United Kingdom.
• Prize is two return economy tickets on Royal Brunei Airlines from London Heathrow to Brisbane return and five nights accommodation as per bullet point 4 & 5 above.
• All Airline Taxes/Fuel Surcharges for the London to Brisbane route will be paid by Royal Brunei
• No other flights (international or domestic) are included.
• Flight tickets and hotel reservation to be issued in the winners’ name only
• All transfers will be at prize winners own cost (including airport transfers both in the UK and Australia)
• Flights are booked in a prize-winner category and all seats are subject to availability within that category
• Prize tickets must be booked together for travel on the same flights

• Ticket is valid for a maximum of one month from date of first departure and travel (outbound and inbound) and must be completed within the period specified below
  • Travel must be completed by 31st January 2020. Extension of validity is not allowed/available
  • Travel is not permitted during the periods around Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Easter, School holidays and National/Bank holidays.

  • Hotel embargo restrictions will apply at peak times, see hotel website, and accommodation is subject to availability
  • Reservation changes are not permitted after tickets have been issued.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and once ticketed cannot be changed or transferred to any other passenger.
  • In event of flight disruption or delay passengers will be accommodated on Royal Brunei flight only. No Claim may be made against Royal Brunei for any misconnection. Passengers are not entitled to EC261/2004.
  • Passengers under 18 years old are not eligible to travel on this prize winner ticket.
  • Prize-winners and their companion must be in possession of a valid passport, any necessary visas, and, if required must have recommended vaccinations and inoculations together with documentation proving this.
  • Prize-winners must arrange comprehensive medical insurance cover for themselves for the duration of the promotional travel.
  • Liability with regards to visa, passport and health requirements rest solely with the prize winner
  • Pre-seating is unavailable for prize-winner category tickets, however seats may be allocated at check-in.
  • Original voucher letter from Royal Brunei Airlines must be produced and forwarded at time of booking
  • For flight ticket issuance, present your prizewinning voucher letter to our Reservations and Ticketing office
