Mine arrived last week too - and I've already been out and bought the full sizes...and I was pleasantly suprised at the size of the samples too - very generous!!

If you apply later you get more product! This is from loreals terms and conditions for this promotion:

After this all further applicants will go into a draw closing on the 04/04/2008. On the 04/04/2008 the first 15,000 applicants chosen at random will receive a sample each. Then the promotion will cease
