Don't bother with Dixons onlline

October 2006, I purchased a laptop from Dixons. It went faulty numerous times and to get it repaired I had to quote the sales of Goods Act.

After the six time it was sent off to be repared, a engineers put a sticker on it which peeled off the paint. After threatening them yet again with the SOGA they agreed to exchange it in Aug 2007.

I paid extra for a upgrade and when I got that it was faulty:mad: . I was p'd off and demanded a refund which they agreed to. :j

I have only recieved the refund today and they recieved the laptop on the 7th sep. They paid it to the credit company even though I stated I had paid it off. I have spent a fortune on calls to them and their customer service is useless. They did send me £20 compensation though.

Never agan!
