    Yes I agree with that in theory. Just that on the occasions it's happened I know there's been an opthamolgist in the local hospital but the ED staff thereare jobsworths who would rather waste 9 hours of my time (and of the person who has to drive me there) than have me wait a couple of hours until the opthamologist on site has 5 mins.
