is there any time limit on this

my wife was retired from her job and was placed on a tier 3 over 18 months ago,, her employer said she would need a review in 18 months that was up at the end of january she was seen by there GP on the 29 th january but we are still awaiting any desition ..is there a time limit ? when she sould know if she is staying on tier 3 ?? or not
