Move pension into sipp ?

Good Morning
I have a pension which i wish to move...it is a personal pension with a company i do not trust and is currently subject to a complaint with the fscs.
I intend retiring in 5 years but may need the facility to draw on it before then if my plans go awry.
I have a low appetite for risk especially given the timescales involved.
Any thoughts please?

The FSCS only deal with complaints about closed or defunct companies. If your pension is with a company currently then you wouldnt normally be able to complain via the FSCS about that company. That would normally be the FOS.
Who is the pension company?Any thoughts please?
