Bankrupt but still being chased by santander

I was declared bankrupt in dec 18 ..an overdraft debt of £285 to Santander was included. The OR wrote to them and I have written to them Twice to inform them of my bankrupstcy yet they are still sending emails and letter and txts informing me of charges going on to my account. I have told the OR of this and they told me to do nothing as they would write to them again..and today Santander have tried to call me again> Do I just ignore them now? Also I have an IPA do I have to inform them of my annual pension increase or will they already be informed of this? Its only a matter of £8 or so

I am also facing same issue with Santander. They are sending emails, sms for Overdraft. Initially, they were charging me, when called 2nd time they refunded that charges in my account and freeze it. But, still sending email and sms though I informed twice and OR sent letter to them. I will call again this weekend for the 3rd and final time

I had the same from Santander a long while ago. I think they ended up sending me compensation for hassling me after the bankruptcy, but I may be mis-remembering.

You may have a case for harassment
