Premier Parking Solutions appeal won't submit

Have you received the NTK from them? If not, then wait for it, and then send the blue template (search the NEWBIES thread for "Template appeal for BPA or IPC members - copy this wording into the online appeal box" and this will take you straight to it). You send it, unedited.
If you have received the NTK, then you just send the appeal template to PPS.

Yes, received the NTK.
Copied this from the IPC website regarding the grace period:
"The reference to 10 minutes in 15.2 above shall not apply where the period of pre-paid
or permitted parking does not exceed 1 hour providing that the signage on the site
makesit clear to the motorist, in a prominent font, that no grace period applies on that
land."
Do you read that that they don't have to follow the grace period if it is only one hour of paid parking? In my case it is 2 hours meaning they must follow?0 -
Sorry, didn't read the last post from shakeitoff fully.
I have received the NTK, my issues were:
1. Should I also send a copy of the ticket as evidence with the blue template? (after all I actually do have proof of payment). Or just go with the template?
2. I tried to actually submit an appeal but it doesn't accept it. Tried many times. What is going on here?
3. Should I write to IPC as they are not letting me submit and there should be an appeals process.0 -

Their on line form appears not to have been working for over 5 days now. I fill in the form press submit, blue line scans across the top as if sent then it still has the form up. This time it changes my details from reg keeper to driver, removes other boxes etc and all my appeal wording.
Ive taken screen shots and then when it started to change the form i videoed it. Two different days
I have 28 minutes before my 28 days are up.. to appeal. What can I do with no POPLA number

Send a strong complaint to Steve Clark of the BPA who will look into this. Make heavy play on the Driver v Keeper drop down box changing as you submit. Send him the video and ask that he investigates.

So no opinions on whether to go with the ticket evidence or just the blue template?
Thanks.0 -

Thanks.
The NEWBIES tells you to use the blue template.
I don't think anyone on this thread has suggested otherwise.
If you can't appeal online, then try using email adding that there is a problem with their appeals page.
Failing that send it by post, first class from a PO counter and obtain the very important free proof of posting. Again, tell them their online appeals system is faulty.

As above, complain to the BPA, and start your own thread if you need further help, not hijack someone else's.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
Thanks, Fruitcake. I was going to use the blue template, but also include a copy of my actual ticket. I didn't see anyone suggest not to use that ticket?
So don't send a copy of the ticket - even though it proves I have one? I was interested in the reasoning here.0
