    I moved 2 yrs ago & haven't had any since the last lot before we moved, I gave up on it last year & cut the card up. My son now works for them so I use his discount card instead (when he's with me of course).

    Mine didn't arrive either and hubby got his weeks ago, so I called the number on my clubcard.. The guy I spoke to said they'd sent them out a couple of weeks ago:eek: I asked if they could cancel them and send me a new lot - they arrived this morning:D It's worth giving them a call to find out if yours have been sent out already. They may have gone missing like mine.
