Satisfied CCJ Question

Good day all,

I have a question surrounding an old CCJ which was issued over 6 years ago now.
The company that got this was Hitachi, they successfully gained an order for £20pm for a period of time. This time has now finished and i never missed a payment.
However...
They are still saying that i owe them money, they have tried to get bailiffs:( to attend my property and all sorts.
Its for.. you guessed it... PPI... this is PPI that i never wanted but cant claim on and am being asked for.

Can they do this, as it should have been within the CCJ?

SM:(

The court judgement would have been to pay £x by instalments of y.

If that has now been done, then the judgement should be satisfied and you should object to any attempt to enforce the original judgement.

However, your statement that they are chasing you for PPI sound like you may be refusing to pay part of the original sum.

You know you can still make a claim for mis-selling ppi? You should definitely do that.
