Reported the fraud, what next?

Ive started the ball rolling with the fact that my ex took out catalogues and cards in my name, I am just hoping that there is proof that they can find that it was in fact her that did it all. I am determined to take it as far as I can if anyone can offer any help.

I am assuming you have reported the alleged fraud to the police at ActionFraud?

It would also be a good idea to submit a Protective Registration with CIFAS to help prevent any future fraudulent credit account applications being processed.
