Hi there everyone
I CCA'd all my creditors on 1st October so the 12+2+30 is nearly up. I have the letter template to send once the time is up and am happy to send it out to all the DCA's.
But what happens when the debt is still with the original finance company. do I still send the same letter or is there something else I send out. I am particularly thinking of the part asking for all payments made to date to be refunded.
Surely I cannot ask the original finance company to refund my payments?
Any help gratefully recieved.
PS only 2 out of the 12 companies have as yet responded.
