Non resident LANDLORD - taxation!

in Cutting tax
I am a landlord in UK with one property that I let.
I am, in a couple of months, going to be moving to Sweden. Looking on web it seems very confusing!
It says that the tenant can pay me with the tax already taken off! How would that be - would he pay the tax to HMRC himrself? ( I don;t have a letting agent)
Also says I can't submit my SA online but another site says I can!
Is there anyway I can continue paying tax here instead of Sweden as I should probably be back in two years.
Sweden is like 32percent tax and very little personal allowance. And if tax is already taken off here, would I still pay tax on it in Sweden?

And can I still, when I get to Sweden, complete next Jan 31st tax return online as if I was UK resident, since I would have been for the duration of 2018/19. ?0

rather than us simply write out the regs, perhaps you could expand on what you fail to understand
yes, because that is what the rules require the tenant to do when the LL is not registered under the NRLHow would that be - would he pay the tax to HMRC himrself? ( I don;t have a letting agent)

stress which the LL can very simply avoid by doing this

Beside tax there are other practicalities which will be difficult without an agent.
You need an address in the UK for "serving notices" under the contract and without a valid address rent cannot be demanded.
You need someone to deal with management and maintenance issues.0 -
So maybe I got confused because someone told me that I'd have to pay tax in Sweden, at their own rates, on the rent I get paid from a property I let out here!
But by sounds of it now, I pay the tax rate as it stands in UK still. But my income will still be my income when I am in Sweden....so do I still pay any tax there on my income which will already have been taxed in UK?
THANKS VERY MUCH0 -

and you will thereby educate yourself, since it is you who faces the tax liability and therefore you who needs to understand it0 -

You talk like it is an easy document to follow and understand. It isn't. But thanks for the link. If there were a layman's version I would be happier though!0 -

Perhaps paid professional advice via accountants would be prudent"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
