6. The prize: There will be one prize which will consist of Wyevale Garden Centres gift cards to the value of £3,000.
7. Winner selection: All valid entries received by 11.59pm on 8th March will be entered into a prize draw. From this prize draw one winner will be selected at random at 12pm on 12th March.
8. Winner notification: The winner will be notified by email within one working day of the draw. The winner will be required to respond within 7 days hours of notification confirming their acceptance of the prize. In the event that a winner does not respond to communications within 7 days of initial contact or if any prize is declined, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and attempt to award the prize to a reserved entrant, subject to time restraints.
9. The winner will receive their prize by post within 30 days of the date the winner is selected. Where delivery may take longer or is to be delivered in an alternative manner, the winner will be updated by the Promoter.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize should a previously confirmed winner for a prize contact the promoter outside of the winner communication timeframe (as stipulated in clause 8), to decline their prize.
11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
