Various pensions from temping

Please help!

I have been temping on/off for the last 10 years whilst also helping to care for my dad part time (Alzheimer’s) during this time different agencies/companies had me sign up to different pensions.

He’s no longer with us so I’m ideally looking for a permanent job but likely to be temping for the foreseeable until then.

A) is there a way to track down wherever I’ve paid into a pension and utilize that into one?
B) am I better off getting a private pension to keep it all in one place?

I’m 30 this year so ideally looking to get all my ducks in a row moving forward!
