Iceland £2 bonus

Picked up an Iceland Bonus card with a sticker which states:
"Register within 14 days at iceland.co.uk to receive your £2 bonus*
* Terms and conditions apply"

Signed up two days ago and the bonus isn't showing.
The terms and conditions page shows nothing about the £2 bonus.
No expiry date shown on the card itself or the card it was attached to.

Apart from the explanation that Iceland's IT systems appear to be unfit for purpose, can any one explain if/how this is supposed to work?

I mean, if Iceland can't pay out on the deal they use to get you to sign up, how can I expect them to deliver on the rest of the deal?

I had one recently, they emailed me to tell me it was on there a few days after signing up. There was a date which the bonus had to be redeemed by, and I had no issue redeeming it in store.
