Mortgage application with Principality

Just wondering if anyone has any idea how quick Principality are at issuing mortgage offers? We submitted full mortgage application last Friday (22nd Feb) & the valuation took place today. I’ve been in touch with the developer (new build property) who said valuation was fine and that report would be with lender this afternoon. We had a hard search on credit file on 19th Feb at AIP stage. Haven’t heard anything from lender so far so I’m hoping everything’s going well, just curious as to how long the next stage may be. Not much info on the internet as Principality seem to be a much smaller lender than most.
Thanks in advance!
