We have decorated inside the house so we haven't overpaid no and now have a baby.Sorry no experiences of remortgaging yet, but have you considered making some voluntary overpayments to try and make sure the LTV will be under 90%?
That is a possibility and one I will try and explore if the financials work in my favor.When the desktop valuation comes out less, will they accept a surveyor's valuation and who will pay?
Ideally want to be paying less a month and saving over the term in interest.0
