One UU from yesterday that I forgot about:
Nivea Pearl and Beauty Deodorant 50ml WBA and have, but I still prefer the Stress Protect one but I can't find it anywhereDoes the job this and it's normally on offer for £1 somewhere.
I've nearly finished my work hand cream, which I've brought home to finish.
I'm trying to curb my spending on toiletries and skincare as I want to save up some money and buy a car. I passed my test last month, finally!

:T well done! I’m still trying to find the motivation to get my licence, but also feel it’s pointless as I don’t think I can afford it when I consider the station parking costs etc!0 -

Great news, congratulations.:D:DThe best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0 -
Well done on passing your test sstevo. sunny_money don't let parking costs put you off learning to drive, it opens so many doors for you and gives you independence plus you may not always need to be parking at a station.
VALM - I am finishing the Spring challenge today as I believe tomorrow is the first official day of Spring, but this date does seem to vary weirdly. I will join you with a 7 by summer, it really brings home how long makeup takes to finish. I have been reading blogs and watching videos about No Buy 2019 challenges, I'm pretty much only replacing things that run out and that I would really miss having which is what the challengers are doing, plus I think I love palettes more as a palette than actually using them, I do like using them but the pretty colours and the pretty packaging have seduced my in the past.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

The Clinique mascara is drying up now but has been open ages, this size will last me about 6 months so why do mascaras need to be twice the size?. The other mascara and brow pencil are still going strong, in fact the brow pencil will last forever I think, there is only a bit of the lip crayon left but it is a firm formulation so doesn't go down quickly.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

That's a really good point about mascara. The packaging on the one I'm using at the mo (Milk Makeup) is so heavy and decadent looking. The formula is ok but again the brush is massive. Don't understand how a brand can charge £20 or plus for a product that's only meant to last 3 months.
Talking about packaging I was miffed this morning. Tried to get the last dregs out of my NYX foundation. Pressed the nozzle and the make up squirted upwards rather than down onto the back of my hand and went all over my white bra. Have chucked it straight in the wash and hoping it will come out. Not impresses NYX!!Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge.
