    Always best to seek opionion from as many sourses as possible, as stepchange do not always get it right, there is a lot to learn in this area, and stepchange have taken on a lot of new staff of late, payplan have been equally guilty of incorrect advice in the past as well.

    I’m in the same boat exactly 

    I want to get up to date with rent before I file for bankruptcy 

    some are saying there is the new fast track bankruptcy option now with the avalanche since the crisi

    I think that’s more speculation (and perhaps wishful thinking) at the moment. We won’t know about it until it’s announced I shouldn’t think
