Always best to seek opionion from as many sourses as possible, as stepchange do not always get it right, there is a lot to learn in this area, and stepchange have taken on a lot of new staff of late, payplan have been equally guilty of incorrect advice in the past as well.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
