Hi!

I’ve been trying to find a thread that could help with no luck. Me and my husband already have a mortgage with NatWest and are in the middle of getting an extra 25k for debt and to redo our very 70s kitchen....

I’m looking to see how long it took people to get the money. We are on the valuation stage which they’ve done an online valuation of the property but may need to do a standard valuation, we have been approved subject to valuation and i am super nervous as this will help us so much.. any help/advice?

No standard length of time. The process will take as long as is neccesary for the lender to arrive at a final decision.

We borrowed a little extra a while back for home improvements and we had the money about 2 weeks later
